Vivan Huber's Skönhet's Bathing beauty tips

A hot bath in the mornings before you go out may give you a cold. However, taking a bath in the evenings is very good for you as it helps not only against tiredness, but also nervosity, insomnia and headache. To promote the healthy effects even more, consider to add one the following suggestions;"
"3-4 kg coarse salt, if you are feeling fragile.
1 tbl ammonia which is stimulating and can help if you feel a cold coming.
Perfumed sodium carbonate sooths the nerves.
Pine needles stimulates the heart and help against rheumatic pains..
1/2- 1 kg oath- or almond bran in a tulle bag is very good for the skin.
Perfumed bath salts of good quality stimulates our sense and promotes our spirits"
". If you also want to colour the bath, add some Phenolphthalein to the mixture. It will remain colourless until you use soap in the bath, then the water will turn pink."

Bunny Yeager and Betty Page
“Oh, she was beautiful! She had beautiful hair, with a natural sheen, and never a hair out of place. A great figure, so tan,” Yeager remembered of Page in a Miami -thedailybeast.com
Bunny was the one who took the ravishing photos of betty in the leopard print bathing suit. Bunny
Believed the female figure could stand on its own and it didn't need tight corsets and body restricting
suits. She had a knack for getting pretty women to take off their cloths, She said it was because "It's Easier For a woman to ask a girl to take off her cloths". in 1954 she and Betty Page would go to little Africa U.S.A. It was their Yeager created the iconic shot of Betty in the leopard suit frolicking with leopards.

An exclusive 1933 beauty session - with Hollywood screen goddess Jean Harlow
Sadly Ms Harlow died so very young just four years after this feature in 1937. This 1930's make-up session is rare.
She relies upon good health, fresh air, exercise, cream, soap and water, followed by an ice water rinse, for her perfect milky skin.
Note her lashes – they are naturally long!
Jean's eyebrows are high, narrow and very arched. Jean has removed all but the fainest wisp of brow hair, over which she pencils in her look each morning.
She chooses a true red cream rouge for her lips, blending the line perfectly and carrying the color well inside her mouth to prevent a break in tone.
Those very long lashes are black, her mascara of choice being cake Maybelline, which she applies with a fine set of brushes given to her by Max Factor himself.
SKIN-TONE powder is then puffed liberally over Jean’s face and neck, with special attention to nostrils, eye corners and her chin. Taking care to brush from her brows.
platinum coiffure has probably aroused more comment and excitement than any other woman in today’s Hollywood firmament. A natural blonde in fact, Jean chose to encourage whiteness by weekly shampoos with white soap and a final rinse containing a few drops of French Blue. She brushes for softness, and sets her wave with nothing more than water and vinegar.

Shoe desighns by Beth Levine
this shoe gave the appearance of the wearer standing barefoot in the forest by this characteristically ironic design. Levine used surrealist imagery, including plastic grass, race cars, and sports equipment, in several of her well known designs. A version of Levine’s infamous “topless shoe”, this shoe would have been secured to the foot with adhesive pads.

Beth was the top female shoe designer of the 20th century. Levine was particularly adept at predicting future trends and devising structural innovations. the stocking shoe, and the topless shoe. These boundary-breaking innovations earned Levine a Coty award 1967.

How to be like Marilyn Monroe
You need to get all of the correct clothes to look like Marilyn. Marilyn's favorite colors were beige, brown, black, cream, forest green, white, and red. She avoided bright colors, other than red.
Get your hair done. Get a shoulder length cut with short layers in the front and long layers in the back. Try to get a set of rollers.
Now for the makeup. Here is a video to explain to you Marilyns in depth makeup routine

exercise! In the mornings after washing your face and brushing your teeth, lay down next to your bed with 5 pound weights. Spread your arms next to you and slowly lift them to a point above your head. Do this 15 times. Then, put your arms on the ground above your head and lift them directly over. Do this 15 times. Then, put your arms on your stomach and lift them from your stomach to above your head. Do this 15 times. Then, circle your arms until they are tired. Go jogging in the mornings too.
follow her diet. For breakfast, have orange juice, cereal, two slices of crisp toast with butter, and hot cocoa or milk. For a snack, have milk and 1 cracker. For lunch, have 1 egg or cottage cheese, 1 potato or spaghetti or 1/2 cup of noodles without cheese, stale toast with butter, and Jello or cooked fruit. For and afternoon snack, have the same as before or fruits and vegetables. For dinner, have a type of meat, a potato, 1/2 a cup of vegetables, and a slice of bread with butter.
